negative test- feeling low

Needing some support today. First round of IVF which they used ICSCI- managed to fertilize one blastocyst and that was implanted 10 days ago. I was convinced I was pregnant- had cramping, tiredness and no period as yet so when I took test this morning and it came back negative was such a downer. Although I had tried not to get my hopes up I really believed test would be positive. Any support out there would be a great help. Having a day at home with a pack of tissues.
I am very lucky, I have a lovely husband, cat and chinchilla and trying to think of the positives at the moment.
Sam

Hey, I know how sad it is. But trust me you'll become pregnant when it's the right time. Don't worry.  Cry it out then when you are ready try again. I know it's hard but try not to focus too much on it. Instead distract yourself. Focus more on that awesome husband of yours, have date nights, go out, play with cat and chinchilla. Visit family. Stay around positives attitudes and forget the whole thing. When you get ready for sex, make it fun, wear sexy lingerie for your husband, light up some candles around the room and just have fun! (:

Hi Sam,
I'm so sorry to hear about your negative result. I know it's very defeating. I know that me saying try to stay positive is soooo much easier said than done. If you have to cry it out, cry it out hun. I tried with my ex husband for 10 years to conceive and it never happpened. It's so defeating to see that negative month after month. Keep focused on those that love you and support you. I'm keeping you in my prayers. Anything is possible so don't give up - this is not the end all be all for getting pregnant. Cry it out, and pick yourself up and dust it off and try again! In the meantime, focus on that wonderful hubby of yours! Xoxoxox *hugs*
