10 DPO? LOWER BACK PAIN? PLEASE ANSWER

Happy V Day Ladies!

Just a quick question, I took a test this morning just to check ya know lol and it was negative, and I am 10dpo today. I noticed this morning that I have really really bad lower back pain, that I have not had since we have been TTC. I have sore breast which it seems every cycle I have now and nasuea.I caught my surge on Wed the 4th and Thur the 5th it was positive both days I used a generic test and the smiley face kind DH and I did the deed on both days. I have been cramping super bad since yesterday and I am worried that it is a sign of AF which she is due on the 20th.These lower back pains and cramps are rough.
What do you ladies think? I used a dollar tree test this morning. Thanks

I have had the same craps and back pains, too.  I am on day 36... usually a 28 day cycle.  I am on Clomid and a blood test was negative a week ago....  But the OPK said I ovulated on day 27... one day before my period. So, my body has been having those same pains for 10 days now.  I feel awful and confused if it is a period or pregnancy.  I usually do get those pains about 5 days before a period... but since on Clomid - every symptom is enhanced.  Looks like you and I are in the waiting game now.  haha.    I have been reading that it is better to test around day 13-14 dpo.  You may be implanting.... egg could have embedded late... never know!  Good luck!
