if you get your period every month does that mean you ovulate every month ? i know this is probably a really stupid question but i was thinking about it and thought id ask
thank you so much i am goig to get a opk after this months af so i can get a fresh start sometimes i just feel stupid asking these things being that im female lol but your right i wont know unless i ask so thank you very much :)
Although I don't really know a specific answer to give you I do know that even though you have a period, some don't always ovulate. One of the easiest ways to find out is by using OPK's (ovulation predictor kits), taking your BBT every morning and checking your cervical mucus. Sure hope this helps!
