I will be using the opk for the first time cn anyone suggest me which day shuld  start and how to use? My cycle are regulr 30 days thanks

You might try getting two packs or using 14 of them.  Start between days 10 and 12.  

Remember also, the line has to be as dark as the line that always comes up.  Both lines have to be that dark.  Then you know LH surge.  

Don't be surprise if you get line that's slightly darker, apparently you always have some LH in your system.  

Also test around 11 AM.  (Trust me!)

Get two packs because you might make a mistake or want to test twice and because you have a long cycle.

i just started using them too this month. i have the answer brand that you dip the strips into the pee (ya fun). it says if your cycle is less than 35 days to start the day after your period ends or 3 days after i cant remember right now. which i also read on different sites maybe day 12 of your cycle. unless you have a good idea when about you o, you could o early or late so you would only catch it with your strips. it said to do them twice a day too. i have 20 strips so why not haha. according to babyzones calendar i should O on saterday. i know its just a calculation. my body is getting ready i can feel it. but as of today, still no surge. im shooting for thursday for that to be pos. i may have just completly confused you im sorry! lol. i almost bought the microscope, walgreens had them marked from 39.99 down to 25. but i didnt . im very curious bout them though.

How long are your cycles? I had a very short month last month (21 days) and even though I started testing on day 10, I must have had my surge on day 8 or 9 so it was a complete waste!

it also is not good to test with fmu or in the am. different tests may give different stratagies but what i have read its best to do it later.

why 11 am??
