Who here over 45 has gotten pregnant naturally for the first time.  I will turn 47 don't smoke or drink (well occasionally a glass of wine)  I had an ectopic preg 7 years ago and have no children.

I would say your chancecs of conceiving with your own eggs are very low, regardless of how healthy you are. I would see a fertility specialist and you should get your day 3 labs done, see what your FSH, prolactin, and other important hormones are. Yes there are a few women who get pregnant at your age with no help but it is very rare and it usually seems to be when they're not trying. Sorry I didint have better news but good luck to you.

I'm so sorry to hear about your ectopic pregnancy. Since most people on here are still trying to get pregnant, you might get more responses if you repost this on the Pregnancy 35+ forum. I know there are some ladies there that has gotten pregnant in their 40s...although I'm not sure if they were all natural pregnancies. Here's the link to the forum:
