My ob advised me to start taking prenatal vitamins and stop drinking coffee when I started the cycle.  In general, you do not need to do anything special to prepare your body for ivf although I heard that losing weight (if you are overweight or obese) helps.
Good luck!

Hi,

Take organic foods (lots of fruits and vegetables). Dont take chocolates. Go for a walk 2 miles everyday. Check your BMI. Good luck!

If you are not already taking a prenatal vitamin, you probably should, especially because of your allergy.  Also, find some good relaxation techniques.  I just got through my first ivf, and the stress of the whole procedure would have been overwhelming if I didn't find ways to relax.

Good luck!
