TMI question about cycle after clomid

I'm 37 and this has never happened except after having a miscarriage.  AF showed up this morning and I never have cramps but this time I had been having horrible cramps.  This was my first cycle of clomid and was on progesterone suppositories after ovulation.    AF has been really heavy and I had grayish/white tissue pass when I went to the bathroom earlier.  I know I wasn't pregnant because I had a b/t and took HPT to confirm that I wasn't pregnant.  My cycles were normally 24-26 days but being on the progesterone it extended them out to 28-29 days.

I called the RE and am waiting for them to call back.   My last m/c was Mar 10 and I never had any tissue pass when I had that m/c.  All I know is that I'm still in pain right now cramping with back pain and scared trying to figure out what this 4-5 inch tissue is.

Anyone else have this happen after taking clomid?  Is it just my lining shedding or past tissue from a previous miscarriage that never passed?

Thank you both for writing.  I had my CD2 scan to see if there was any cyst since my back was still hurting.  The RE told me that the tissue that I passed was the lining and it happens sometimes when you are on clomid.

I was happy to hear that last cycle I had only 13 total follicles and this time I have 31 total so the clomid is definitely working.   I also asked about Evening Pimrose Oil since last cycle my c/m was not like it should have been when I ovulated.  They told me they never heard of EPO before however I could take the plain robitussin to help increase c/m or I could take the plain mucinex.  She told me it was the same thing and would help out with increasing c/m.  I noticed before there has been a pattern to when I get pregnant.  It is normally when I have been sick and taking cough medicine.

Pumpernickelbred-  are you going to continue with another cycle of clomid?

Jenn-- I'm originally from Dade City, FL.

i also had my first AF after clomid...it made my cycle shorther..it looks like ,it made urs longer which is a good thing..maybe it regulated ur cycles and mine too....it was little heavier for me as well, but not too bad and i did not pass any tissue etc....i also had some lower back pain before and after my AF...I thought maybe clomid caused a cycst already and what this pain is all about...so make sure u get checked for cycts since it is one of the side affects of clomid.......

I' love to hear what ur doc will tell you....good luck
