trying to get pregnant

Hello,

I am 26 yrs old I have one child that is now 7...I have had a total of 3 abortions, I makes me sad and embaressed to say that but at the time it was the best choice for me as I was going through alot and my birth control failed me. I am now trying to have a child with my partner, we have been trying 3 months now and nothing, I am wondering if my past abortions is affecting me trying to conceive?? each one went fine with no complications or infections, I have a very regular menstrual cycle and no other health issues my partner is also healthy. I have been doing pap smears yearly and everything is always normal, one time there was a ovarian cyst but when they checked again it went away on it's own The only  thing is that my iron is a little low, could this affect me trying to conceive as well?? I am taking iron suppliments and iron rich doet to help with that

3 months is still too soon to be worried. I would just try to relax and not to stress at all while trying. You can use home ovulation kits to help you know your fertile days and also to make sure that you ovulate. Some women have regular cycles but do not ovulate every month if not at all. You conceived in the past and that is good! Hopefully it is just a matter of time and you will conceive again.
My advice if you use OPK's just do it one month so u make sure u ovulate and have an idea when in your cycle is your fertile days and after that I would just try to conceive without all the stress and charting.

it can be your partner too. Have he ever had a semen analysis? Have he ever had children?

just relax and take it easy, if you are regular try not trying as you look to much into symptoms hoping to be let down, If you are worried i guess you could go see a doctor but they generally won't do anything until you have had a year of trying before doing any fertility testing.
