Hi Friends

With active sex life; takine pre natal; i dont smoke; no alchohol; take proper diet; and my hormones are fine; no diabetes; still not getting pregnant; this is so frustrating; depressing and devastating; i cant wait longer; any pointers would be of great help.

Hi Baby,

I am 31 healthy/active and a non smoker and have been having trouble for 3 years so I feel your frustration.  My husband and I are know on our first cycle of IUI.

I highly recommend getting the "dye" test done asap.  I ended up having a tubal pregnancy in Feb 09 and had the left tube removed.  I wish I had of checked this prior to TTC.
It's really not that bad, kinda like a pap with menstrual cramps.  It takes like 5 mins and I went straight back to work an hour later.  Just take 2 Advil 1 hour before the test.

Keep positive and Tons of Baby dust to you!!

Hi!

Do you know if your tubes are open or if you have endometriosis? Is your DH's sperm count/quality ok?  I'm 33 and my DH had tried for almost 4 yrs before starting IUI treatment.  We're on our second one right now... My tubes were open, I had lap and they removed mild endo, my DH is fine and we're still not getting prego for some reason.  It takes time and patience! Best of luck and lots of baby dust!! :)

it takes the average women up to 12 months to get pregnant so don't assume something is wrong. what you're going through is normal. it took me almost a year to get pregnant with my first and over 8 months with my second.
