TTC

Me and my husband have been ttc for awhile, I have been using ovulation test kit and I am new at this tracking by temperature, how do you know if you are ovulating by using your temperature??  I don't do the mucus thing because I don't get how to track that either so I'm trying to track it by temperature.. My cycles come every 26 day and they last for 5 days and I know it's the average luteal phase which is 14 so how do you tell of your ovulating by your temperature?

Your temp, actually will spike up AFTER ovulation already occurs, they have a ovulation tracker on here, not sure if u already have one. And if after your ovulation your temps stay in higher range and don't drop which will then mean you get your period, it means your pregnant, you test every day before getting out of bed, and just chart it, it can be confusing, I'm charting now after my IUD removal and have no clue what I'm doing lol, I keep spotting and reply want to TTC ASAP, have you tried vitamin b6 it suppose to help, also green tea and vitex, maybe try holding off on size for about 3 days befor ovulation and then baby dance, that way sperm is stronger, I do know they say to take cough medicine around ovulation, I heard all this when I was TTC my first baby after my first pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. Best of luck to u, how long have u been ttc
