tiny ovaries

I learned today from my RE that my right ovary is small and my left ovary could not be detected due to my fibroid distorting the view. My FSH is 10. Yikes, the ticking of the clock keeps getting louder and louder. Has anyone had a successful pregnancy w/ a low ovarian reserve?
Needing encouragement.
