trying for a baby

I was on depo for 4 years and I have been off of it for a year and a half it only took three months after I was off to start my period again we have been trying for a year to become pregnant I've had appts and every test comes out fine does anyone have any advice on what to do

It takes a year or two for some women mind came a year after and and that year month I was also pregnant. Don't worry just keep trying

Since there is no major problem that is preventing conception and also you are having regular menses, there should not be any problem in getting pregnant. Stress can be one of the factors and this should be avoided. Also tracking ovulation with help of kits or serial ultrasonography will help trying around the time of ovulation and this will increase the chances of a conception. Taking prenatal vitamins like folic acid should also help.
