Ovidril shot

Ok i did the ovidril trigger shot on Monday 3/11/11And  iui on Wed 3/13/11. My dr wanted Me to take a second ovidril shot on Monday 3/18/11 as a booster. My question is how long is the booster injection suposed to stay in your system? I tested this afternoon to see if it was still there and it was a bfn. It's only been 4 days. Is this normal? If so when should I be able to test for pregnancy?

thanks heather, I don't know what a normal dose is but my dr always gave me the ovidrel 250 mcg pfs (.5 ml)  is that lower? I am going to wait to test but was wondering how long that shot was going to be in my system lol.

Maybe it was a lower dose? Either way, if you got a negative now that means you should get an accurate result when you decide to test again closer to the end of the 2WW. But I would wait until at least 12 dpo (ideally 14 dpo...but I know it's hard to wait that long). Best of luck!!!
