vitamin b6 for conceiving

ok i just went to walmart to buy vitamin b6 a dietary supplement 100 mg is that good enough? is it the right one
its natural and how does that help

B6 has been shown to help if you have a short luteal phase. If you luteal phase is at least 12 days long, it won't help, but it won't hurt.

From what I've read, 50 mg once a day is adequate.
