does it get any better

4yrs 1mth ago i lost my baby at 22weeks pregnant he had some brain problems and i was induced early, i have coped so well over the past few years our daughter was 2 at the time and i now have 2 more sons 3yrs and 14mths. i have found it extremely hard this year to cope with the grief and loss. I find im really sad i cant sleep i just want to hold him again, i want to feel his little kicks inside my tummy. i feel empty but i have so much around me to be so happy for im just not sure what to do. can anyone give me some ideas on how to cope i feel like im a spiraling mess.

hi it took me years after i lost my little girl to actually begin to grieve for her,i always thought i coped but i obviously didnt.i can totally relate to how your feeling.and yes it does get better.not that its easy,but i think every parent that loses a child has to in ther own time deal with the loss,you will come through the other side.keep strong,its something that a parent who loses a child has to go through,.it remains in your heart forever but you do learn to live your life and do your best to move on and find happiness.with best wishes xxx

Losing a child must be so hard. My best advice is to look to God to help you make it through.Time never erases the pain but it does help just to make it through.
