If my patient called me with a story like yours, I would probably try to reassure her that she wasn't pregnant. From what you say your doctor described about your tubal, it sounds to me like he did what my patients refer to as the "cut, tie and burn". No tubal is 100%, but if he says he took some tube out that is good.
The other two things in your favor are the fact that you have your period, and your pregnancy test was negative.
I am wondering about whether you might have irritable bowel syndrome-- you might want to Google that and see if any of the symptoms fit you. It can often mimic pregnancy, and sometimes some pretty simple dietary changes, etc can make a big difference.

pregnancy was started.
i came off the pill one month ago. I had unprotected sex with my husband three times in the week October 20-25. ever since i've being having cramps, sharp pains in my lower abdomen, very exhausted, thirsty and nauseous. But then my period came Mon. Nov. 3. It was very painful,first there was just some spotting then it came heavy during the night and the second day. Today Nov. 6, i'm feeling nauseous again and have a slight headache. Could you please advice me i'm a bit worried.
i have a six old daughter and am trying for the second one for six months but no luck yet . any advice?
