Irregular Bleeding&Clotting

for the last almost month since my last period, i've spotted off and on a lot. I didnt think anything of it cause it wasn't enough to have any red flags. I did notice something in it, really fine almost like skin. I've had this happen before and I had vaginitis and a UTI. today I noticed I was bleeding more and it was clotty. It bothers me because me and my fiance are trying to concieve (conceive).

I have a very irregular period, but last couple months it's come around the same time each month. I've been off birth control for over a year now(but we just started trying in Febuary this year).

I'd go to a doctor, but I don't have insurance.

Irregular periods can be a sign of PCOS or other hormonal imbalance.  It is important to see your doctor and get sorted out what is going  on.  If you are not having regular periods, you are probably not ovulating regularly either.  This will really slow you down when trying to conceive.  Your doctor may be able to prescribe some medications that will help, such as Femara/Clomid and or Metformin.

Your doctor can also evaluate you for the cause of the spotting -- and rule out endometrial hyperplasia or polyps.
