I think I can chalk one up to stress. I did finally have my period. I have teenagers, toddlers and a Mother in law who is stricken with cancer herself right now. In regards to the LGSIL I was not able to converse with my OB/GYN, just her phone nurse. Although I have tried to call her but the phone nurse called me back. It's unfortunate because I am scared that they will do the exam and find more than they bargained for. I was told to "just not think of that now". I have done a lot of internet searching and seen both sides.
My thyriod is spot on according to my endo. I was just at the doctor's.
I am concerned, finding it hard to sleep but praying about it all. I really appreciate your feedback and thank you immensely.
Best Regards,

Hi!
Almost everyone has an "off" cycle now and then. If you ovulate late, or don't ovulate at all, you won't have a period. There really isn't a relationship between that and the LGSIL unless you have been so stressed about the PAP/colposcopy that you threw off your cycle due to anxiety.
I hope that your doctor told you that 90+% of LGSIL never progresses to anything worse. It is just very important to follow up everyone because we don't yet know how to determine who is in that 10% group.
You may want to get your thyroid tested if it has been awhile since you last checked--that is far more likely to be related to the missed/late period.
I hope this helps!
