Mirena

My mirena coil is coming out I can feel the plastic bottom sticking out thru my cervix and the strings are completely down  out thru my v opening its giving me pain and terrible bleeding what do I do?

If you were my patient,I would want you to come in right away and I would remove the Mirena.  It won't be useful for birthcontrol and might potentially be a source of complications.  I wouldn't be too surprised if it is expelled spontaneously.  Whatever the case, you need to see your doc!
