Periods-Pregnancy

I had a period on October 4th and lasted for about 5 to 6 days, I was scheduled for a period on Nov 1st but nothing came. Took a blood test and urine test on the 9th (Nov) and all came up negitive. On the 11th I started what i thought was my period however very light and dark red, some say breakthru bleeding. Noting that i have ever had before. Today the 16th I am feeling very crampy? and stool very soft, not sure what this could be. We are trying to Conceive, howver my husbands sperm count was at 1.8 and motility at 18%. With those counts, and my symptons could I get pregnant? we are scheduled for a fertility specialst on the 13 of Dec, needing some anwsers sooner.
Thank you in advance for your response.

Hello,

I suggest you repeat the pregnancy test.  If still negative it is highly unlikely you are pregnant.  You should then follow up with the fertility specialist regarding your assisted reproduction options.

Best regards,

Dr. Downing
