Last month my period was eight days late, had one pregnancy test with a faint line then 6 or 7 negative ones.  Finally started my period it only lasted a day and a half and I kept stopping and starting for that day and a half.  Normally my periods are around four to five days.  This month I had no PMS symptons except horribly sore breasts, usually I have other symptons and not so much of this one.  I started my period yesterday morning, four days late.  I just now passed a very large, tissuey blood clot along with several smaller ones and now am having really bad cramps.  Any ideas?

you hormones have to regulate after a baby and it takes time to regulate. I have 3 children ages 4,2 1nd 1 yr. Your body will need time to get back to normal. Is this your first child? Nicole  you can email me at ***@****

Hello,

If you think you might be pregnant and you are having a miscarriage of a very early pregnancy, go see your doctor ASAP.  They can do a blood test that is very sensitive for the hormone of pregnancy and if you have passed any tissue, it can be sent to pathology for examination.  Best of luck.
