help me please

I'm sexually active and just noticed rough bumps on my labia minora on both sides! They don't hurt there like in a line of small tastebud looking bumps! Please tell me what they are or how I can get rid of them

The labia minora have no hair, but oil glands within them can be felt through the thin skin as tiny bumps.
