I'm in trouble..i need help..please..
i have irregular periods, it was on July i had my last periods... so now it's two months..
I'm afraid that whether i have cyst in ovary..or am i pregnant..I've recently put on weight and have slight hair growth on my face and i think that i have a swollen stomach too..
I'm sexually active for last 2 years..and i had my last intercourse with my partner 2 months ago..
please..i need expert advice..please give me an answer..it's urgent..

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would recommend first a pregnancy test. Then if negative, I would ask you to come in for an exam and ultrasound. If you don have a cyst it may be producing hormones. If you don't have a cyst, you may have polycystic ovary syndrome which can cause similar symptoms. I really think you should see a doc--as you say, it should be ASAP!

i'll soon go for a test.. is PCO completely curable disease irrespective of which stage u come to understand about the disease and start taking medicines?
