weird periods

hi i am 18 years old i first started my period when i was 13  ever since i started my period  its been abnormal  when i get my period i experience nausua  stomach cramping headache  i went to the doctors they did blood work which came back normal i need help please help me

Sounds like you may have primary dysmenorrhea. If you were my patient, the first thing I would try is anti-inflammatory agents such as Ibuprofen or Aleve.  Take them as directed around the clock for the first three days of your period.  Don't wait until your pain is severe.
IF those aren't helpful, the next step might be oral contraceptive pills.  These work wonderfully to help reduce period pain and other associated symptoms.
Ask your doctor what he/she thinks about a trial of these.
