penis problem pleeeeeease help

i;m a 22 year old male Sri lankan nationality currently in china. my problem is regarding my penis. my penis is uncircumsised. from 4-6 years ago i have a problem that i cannot retract the foreskin and expose the penis head. from those days i used to get some pale yellow colour pigment like stuff.. but some how i was able to remove them with great amount of difficulty. but since 3-5 weeks ago. the tip of the foreskin got wounded (may be friction against my pants) it started bleeding. it was pretty painfull. now the tip of the foreskin got some sort of edema and its soo sensetive. and most of the time that yellow pigment kind of stuff were visible. the thickness of the foreskin has increased by twice as i feel. and pretty much itchy sensation. and its pretty smelly as well. the yellow pigments are like (when u put milk powder to water) something like that. now that the tip of foreskin showes much edema than rest of the foreskin. i feel soo uncomfortable. if u want please  let me know i can take a picture of it and send it to your e-mail. please help meee. thank u doctor

Hello,

You should see a urologist.  In the meantime, once the swelling resolves you will need to do a better job of cleaning the glans (tip) of the penis.  That yellow/white substance you describe is called smegma, a build up of dead skin and debris.

Try cleansing your penis more often and be sure to remove all soap residue. You might try using an antibiotic ointment such as Bacitracin or Triple Antibiotic to reduce the infection. Hydrocotrisone might help in relieving the itch. Check with your dr first before starting any home treatment. You need to find the root cause of your problem
