Chronic pain

Hello
I'm a 30 year old woman, married + 2. I had a Caesarean surgery 5 years ago with no complications.
Three months ago, I started experiencing pain in my lower right abdominal side. It strated above my right hip , down to my vigina and leg. Then the pain started to feel next to my belly button. In the three months, I was hospitilized twice. I had urine, stool, blood tests that wrer all normal. I had  A CT , x-rays that were negative as well. (the ct showed a small amount of liquid in the pelvis. Every month, I have an attack of pain that includes cold and nausea. the attck is a week after my period. Three gynecologists saw me and said that my ovaries are just fine. an urologis also saw me and ruled out any problem in the urine. I have an appointment witha gastrologist next week. I've never had fever, vomitting or anything like that. When I breath deep , I feel better. The pain feels like stabbing, and cramps but it doesn't feel related to food in any way. soemtimes I wake up at night in pain.

Please help me. Is this serious?

Dr. Brown does not look at posts once she answers them.  She said clean out your BOWELS that means do a colon cleansing by taking Dulcolax pills or something that will make all your poop come out of your intestines.

Hi!
If you were my patient, the first thing I would do is to thoroughly clean out your bowels and see if that made any difference.  Sometimes patients get into a vicious cycle of taking pain medication which backs up the bowels which causes more pain.  This often is the problem when everything is normal on work up.  I am glad that the gastroenterologist is the next stop for you.  If that work up is negative and/or unhelpful, the next step I would take it to perform laparoscopy--looking for endometriosis.
Good luck!
