help

I got my first depo shot in april i never went back and got my second shot i was spotting after that it has been 3 months i have had no period or spotting. A couple of days ago my breast got sore to the touch and still that way with a little pain in my lower abdomen i went to the dr they did a pregnancy test and it came back negative so they did a pelvic exam she said my uterus was soft so she sent me to the hospital for a blood test it also came back negative. What could it be?

Hi , I am 25 years of age I have had problems with my periods since i can remember . Now I am married and I am trying to have a baby, But cant seem to get pregnant . My husband is abel to since he has a little one . I dont know what else to do the doctors all tell me the same thing and it ends up being nothing . What should I do in order to get a doctor to determine if I can have a baby or not .???? I do have normal periods now everything is good I am healthy as can be . My sister where all abel to have babys . What should i do ? Please help .

Hi!
Depo Provera is notorious for messing up cycles.  It can be up to 18 months after stopping depo before some women resume normal cycles.  So, it could simply be an effect of the shot.  Depending on what you want, the best way to restart the cycle may be to consider oral contraceptives. One or two packs of pills may start your periods again on a 28 day cycle. Once the cycles are back on track the pills can be continued or discontinued (if you want to get pregnant).
