Soreness!

Hello,
The past few weeks my breats have incredibly sore.. I can hardly touch them and they are getting larger, even my boyfriend has noticed. I haven't missed a period yet.. But it's not due for about a week still. I don't think I am pregnant I took a pregnancy test about a week ago and it came up negative.. I don't really have any of symptoms of pregnant either. I have also had some really bad pains in my ovary region... I just want to know what it might be. I know there not growing either b/c I am 20 and they have been the same size for as long as I can remember. Help please!

Hi!
If you were my patient, I would repeat your pregnancy test.  I would want to do a blood test. If that was negative, I would start asking about any type of medications, especially hormones such a birth control pills, weight gain, new exercise--jogging,
caffiene intake, and any reason for water retention.
To be honest, I would put my money on pregnancy as the diagnosis.  Be sure to double check!
