Two "cycles" in one month?!

Hello,
I am very confused, On march 5, my cycle came as expected-it lasted for 5 days like always the only thing different was where i normally have cramping, there was none-maybe just a little one day. It went off for one week..and then on march 18 it came back & this time there wasnt much bleeding, but more cramping. Now I expected it to come back on 04/05/08 and nothing. I have been experiencing some mild cramping which started on Monday-but no cycle, no spotting or anything. I have been experiencing some lower back pain, some nausea(w/o vomiting) fatigue, not sore but tingling nipples, and frequent urination. I took a HPT last night which was negative. Any advice?
Thank you so much for your opinion

Hello,

Repeat the HPT in one week.  If negative, observe your menses over the next 2-3 months and if still abnormal address it with your ob/gyn.

Best regards,

Dr. Downing
