i need help ttc

i am now 12 days late my husband and i beeing trying for over a year no luck.i have irregular period,last month my period was 5 days late and this month so far it 12 days late,i feel dizzy my breast sore nipple hurting feeling moody and nasseaus sometimes.am on prenatale care (folic acid and natale) this my 3rd month my hubby desperate for a baby and so do i , i need help

Hi!
If your periods are irregular, then probably, your ovulation is too.  That doesn't mean that you can't or won't have kids, it will just take longer.  If you were my patient, I would check some hormone levels such as thyroid and prolactin levels, as well as progesterone levels.  Depending upon how everything turned out, I would probably recommend starting you on a medication such as Clomid or Femara.  Possibly also Metformin.  These medications might help you to ovulate more regularly, and might speed up the process for you.  They are not expensive and don't have lots of side effects. They do work pretty well.  A general ob/gyn doctor could get you started on the right track.  Don't wait!

hiya, u should go to ur doc and tell them how long u have been trying and ur irregula perriods, and ask the to do a blood test to check ur hormones and blood sugar levels....and if possible an ultra sound.....i didnt kno any thing was really wrong untill i hadthose done,,,,and it turns out i have PCOS,,,,u can google it and im only 21.....ur irregular periods could mean that u are not ovulating or not ovulating on time u shud track ur ovulation that way u can predict the days in which u are most likely to fall pregnant,,ovulation predictor kits or OPK is 1 of the best ways to do so....u can also track u BBT....basal body temp it also a good way to help track ur ovulaion.....hope this info helps u....sticky baby dust ti you....
