Hi!
I just noticed your question -- not sure why it just appeared in the forum, except that the date could be wrong?  If you were my patient, the first thing I would do is to check a pregnancy test.  If that is positive, then we go down a completely different pathway.  If it is negative, then I would want to evaluate some hormone tests and tests for blood clotting disorders such as Von Willebrand's disease.  I would also hope to be able to do a pelvic exam, pap smear (if needed) and an ultrasound.  Functional ovarian cysts can cause all of your symptoms.
I definitely advise you to go to your doctor.  You may be becoming anemic from the prolonged bleeding, and should find out the cause!
Good luck!
