Hi!
If you were my patient, I would advise you that you probably have a form of polycystic ovary syndrome. PCOS is a bad name for several conditions that cause irregular periods. I would probably test your prolactin level and thyroid and fsh/lh. If those were fine, I would offer you either birth control pills, OR cyclic progesterone to start your periods for you. there are some other medications that can help depending on what you want to do.

Stress, exercise or sudden weight loss can cause all this. They will probably recommend you get on the pill to regulate you.
