Extremely desperate ! I putted in my head I have HIV !

Hello drs. please I'm terrified, I am thinking I puted myself at risk and either my wife.
I was really drunk and I've made oral sex, 2 minutes of, no ejaculation, pre-cum (problaly not either) with a transsexual from brazil.
I know all your answers about oral sex, but I'm still afraid, I've made the same mistake on June and stayed 2 months desperate in the same stress and fear, on August with a rapid test from brazilian public health I tested negative. But 2 months later I did the mistake again that I told you before.
I'm in panic, fear of pass the infection to my wife.
Looking at internet I found that switzerland and australian websites says oral sex without ejaculation on the month is 0 risk - NO risk.
I'm afraid about the little risk if it have without ejaculation.
The nurse from brazilian public health said - Of course is a risk and for sure you have to test - from Oral sex exposure.
So I'm desperate, I'm gonna make the exam in a couple of days I think, but I'm worryed and with the worst fear and bad sensation of my hole life.

Is that a chance of being infected for performing oral without ejaculation on the mouth? Even if tiny and really small? Is this I'm afraid.

Its a motive to get tested?

Should I stop have sex unprotected with my wife?

Please drs. i dont know what to do anymore, I even thought to kill myself.
Please help

Ok So Dr. you should argue with the other doctors here and the people who runs the help forum so, cause none of then even recommend a test on this sitiuation. I made the test after 70 days of the act. Imunoensaio quimioluminescente de 4a geração - CMIA = Result NEGATIVE !
I have to do another test after more time?
Thanks a lot.

Hello,

No, I don't agree with the statements made in your quote above.

Having oral sex performed on you carries no risk of HIV transfer.

Performing oral sex on an HIV positive person MAY expose a person to the risk of infection. The risk is very much reduced by not getting semen in the mouth. I have patients who maintain that their only risk was sucking - not many but some.

If an HIV positive person is on medication and their HIV control is optimal then I do not believe this poses a risk.

best wishes, Sean

The website www.aids.ch - Switzerland Aids
says: Some STIs – but not HIV! – can be transmitted also through oral sex without the involvement of sperm or menstrual blood, through French kissing and rarely also through touching infected skin.
Oral sex (cunnilingus, fellatio) carries no risk of infection with HIV if you don’t get sperm or menstrual blood in your mouth.

Do you agree with that?

Hmmm!

No, I'm not saying anyone is lying. I haven't read the website so actually I don't know what they have said.

There is a very small risk of transfer from an HIV positive male to the person sucking - very small indeed. I have said that before and I'm saying it again. I do not think you are at high risk.

Slow down and read carefully:-

Yes, the nurse in the clinic is correct - there is a very small risk of picking up HIV through sucking an HIV positive male. But, the risk is tiny and we certainly don't know whether she was HIV negative or positive.

The nurse is right to say that you should not have unprotected sex with your wife until you have been tested for STD's - that is just good manners and basic safety.

I do NOT think you will turn out to be HIV positive from this event but you should test and make sure.

best wishes, Sean

Hello

Please don't kill yourself - that would be very bad for everyone, especially your wife.
