Need closure

Ok Dr. Here is the situation.
I suffer from anxiety and can't seem to get over a possible exposure even though I've been through the forums and statistically have a low chance of exposure to HIV. Several weeks ago I was very drunk and spent the night with a CSW and had protected vaginal intercourse and unprotected oral for along period of time. I received the oral to penile sex and ejaculated in her mouth. Since this exposure I have been very nervous and scared of contacting HIV.
I am married and do not want to put my wife at any risk whatsoever. Six weeks to the day after the incident I took a full std panel and all came back negative.

Here are my questions:
1. Is the ELISA  or EIA Antibody test I had at six weeks 100% conclusive or do I need to get tested again at the 12 week mark? This was done through Labcorp in the U.S

2. Is there any chance that I contacted HIV and have become the first person to get HIV orally and tested negative at the six week mark?

3. If oral sex was a factor (which most people say it isn't) would the 6 week Elisa test be conclusive??

4. Is there any reason I should worry any more about this and can I return to my normal sex life with my wife?

Thank you for the answer and for the service.
Merry Christmas

Hello Pyrand, my apologies - you did indeed get lost in the system. You have asked:-

Here are my questions:
1. Is the ELISA  or EIA Antibody test I had at six weeks 100% conclusive or do I need to get tested again at the 12 week mark? This was done through Labcorp in the U.S

it really depends on the type of test done. If it was a third generation test then you can rely on that result. The fact is though that you had protected sex so were not exposed even if she had HIV. Being sucked will not expose you to HIV.

2. Is there any chance that I contacted HIV and have become the first person to get HIV orally and tested negative at the six week mark?

No

3. If oral sex was a factor (which most people say it isn't) would the 6 week Elisa test be conclusive??

Yes, the test at 6 weeks would be certain. Being sucked will not give you HIV

4. Is there any reason I should worry any more about this and can I return to my normal sex life with my wife?

You do not need to worry from the point of view of HIV. You need though also to have a chlamydia and gonorrhoea and syphilis  test because of the oral sex before you resume sex with your wife.

kind regards and I hope you have a good Christmas also
