Potential Risk of HIV

Hi doctors. Please kindly assess my hiv risk

Jan 19th - received protected handjob from CSW and then had protected vaginal intercourse.  Condom stayed intact and i ejaculated inside the condom.

Jan 23rd - CSW did protected oral sex on me (sucking) However she kissed my scrotum area which was obviously not covered. After that i changed the condom and had sex with her. Protected vaginal sex two times (each time a new condom)

Jan 29th - slight runny nose feel a little tired  took some panadol runny nose stopped

My concerns are:

1. In the second time on jan 23rd after having protected vaginal sex when i went to remove the condom which was on and intact since i ejaculated inside it. I noticed it had slid up a little bit revealing Probably the bottom 3 or 4 cm of the base of my penis and i noticed a bit of white fluid on the base and beginning of the shaft of my penis.  I am assuming that this was vaginal fluid from her. I had no cuts or sores or anything on the base of shaft of penis. Could this pose an hiv risk   (condom was on and intact during sex and i ejaculated inside condom) only the base and beginning of the  shaft had little vaginal fluid on it.  Could this vaginal fluid on the shaft be a risk for hiv

2. Could the scrotum lick cause any risk

3. Is there any real medical reason to be tested based on the above.

4. Could my runny nose tired feeling (10 day after first exposure) be a symptom of early hiv virus

5. Can i continue to sleep with my long term partner unprotected without worrying

Hello,
Thank you for your post; I will answer each of your questions here below:

NO RISK OF HIV AT ALL WHATOSEVER.

2. Could the scrotum lick cause any risk
NO RISK AT ALL

3. Is there any real medical reason to be tested based on the above.
NOT AT ALL.  YOU HAD PROTECTED SEXUAL INTERCOURSE AND THE CONDOMS REMAIN IN PLACE AND INTACT.  THAT IS CONSIDERED SAFE SEX.

4. Could my runny nose tired feeling (10 day after first exposure) be a symptom of early hiv virus
RUNNY NOSE IS NOT A SYMPTOM OF HIV SERO-CONVERSION. IT IS JUST A COLD.

5. Can i continue to sleep with my long term partner unprotected without worrying .
YES, AS YOU PRACTISED SAFE SEX.

6) Could the vaginal secretions i found on lower shaft (exposed area) got underneath the condom and up towards penis head area.  Or would the condom have stopped the vaginal secretion from getting to the main part of penis head   And uthera which was covered ? .
THAT IS HIGHLY UNLIKELY ADN IN ANY CASE YOU WOULD HAVE NEEDED LARGE AMOUNTS OF VAGINAL FLUID TO GET INSIDE OF THE CONDOM.  I DO NOT BELEIVE THIS TO BE A RISK AT ALL FOR YOU.

Best wishes,
Dr José

Thanks i am now completely relaxed. Just for future advise and fellow readers to benefit since many seem to have HSV2.

If i was having protected vaginal intercourse an had an active herpes outbreak on penis shaft and had been at an area which was exposed to vaginal fluid during sex.  Assuming the woman was HIV+  What would be the risk in this case ?  Would you be worried if you were in that situation ?

Thanks for your time and this will be all from my end :) best regards

Jim

1) the fact i have HSV 2 would that change my risk from the protected vaginal sex.  NO

2) if i had an active lesion on the shaft which was exposed and rubbed directly against the vagina would this increase risk ?  YES

3) after considering all the facts which are i am hsv2 (no active lesion at time of protected sex). The condom remained intact but slipped a bit up the shaft  and vaginal secretions did touch the shaft (in the area where i have had herpes lesions before). Is there any real medical reason to worry for HIV risk   or can i just consider myself at no risk and move on.
BECAUSE YOU DID NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE HERPETIC OUTBREAK AT THE TIME OF THE SEXUAL INTERCOURSE, THERE IS NO HIV RISK.  THEREFORE YOU CAN CERTAINLY MOVE ON.

Best wishes,
Dr José

Dr Jose you are a legend and have clarified a lot.
I just have one more question before wrapping up this post.
I have been tested positive for HSV 2 in the past and have outbreaks on the lower shaft of my penis but rarely. Maybe once every year or so.

Questions are:

1) the fact i have HSV 2 would that change my risk from the protected vaginal sex.

2) if i had an active lesion on the shaft which was exposed and rubbed directly against the vagina would this increase risk ?

3) after considering all the facts which are i am hsv2 (no active lesion at time of protected sex). The condom remained intact but slipped a bit up the shaft  and vaginal secretions did touch the shaft (in the area where i have had herpes lesions before). Is there any real medical reason to worry for HIV risk   or can i just consider myself at no risk and move on.

Thanks a lot.

Last question id like to add

6) Could the vaginal secretions i found on lower shaft (exposed area) got underneath the condom and up towards penis head area.  Or would the condom have stopped the vaginal secretion from getting to the main part of penis head   And uthera which was covered ?

Just to clarify.   The condom was on and intact and i ejaculate inside it.  However it has slid up a few centimeters maybe 3 or 4 up the shaft.   And i noticed some white vaginal fluid on my shaft when i removed the condom
