Suffering from very close ARS Symptoms and clueless , please guide me!

My exposure was in an erotic massage parlor with body slides oral (was wearing condoms all the time during my stay). The only risky situation was when she started rubbing her clit which I stopped forcibly in few seconds and she started rubbing her fingers from chest all the way down near my groin (had my chest shaven and must have had small cuts).

Symptoms:

From first week

Generall fatigue ,flu like symptoms from the first week,body aches, muscle twitching,mild low grade fever, change of taste inside mouth

Second week

Neck gland pains and sore throat, mild swollen gland only in neck .Mild fungus near anus and groin area which got cured but reappeared in groin at the 5th week.

Third week
Nausea with occasional diahrrea/lose stools almost once in two days, blurry eyes with problems with my far eyesight.

Fourth Week
Persistent mild to medium night sweating almost every day,muscle burning and weight loss.Mild lung pains with slight dry cough which disappeared.

Fifth week
More of the Same but less diarrhea. Neck Gland swells got reduced

Sixth Week
Strange bowel movements giving weird noises at night and in daytime after meals, an inflammation in scrotum/prostate after an ejaculation. Ocassional Diarrhea persists with fatigue

Seventh Week
Red blotches in palms with excessive sweating and blotches disappear all of a sudden and appear again.
Gland pain in throat reduces and disappears with time and starts off a brain fog with headaches. Red blotches on the body which disappear in few seconds/minutes

Eighth week
Night sweats, excessive day time sweats on palms with blotches along with severe brain fog with headaches, Gland pains & infection has disappeared.




Tests completed:

All STI's, Mono after 3 weeks, thyroid disorders:Normal

Hiv Ag/Ab Combo Tests : after 25,33,39 & 51 Days and negative.

Though it was a very low risk incident, I'm devastated by all these ARS like symptoms. I don't know what I could do and any advice is highly appreciated

I really think that a lot of your symptoms are related to anxiety.
Firstly, there was no risk of HIV infection.
Secondly, your symptoms do not correlate with typical symptoms of acute HIV sero-conversion.  Symptoms are non-specific and would be more likely to be related to something completely different, if anything at all.  ARS symptoms would never last longer than 14 days and would never continue beyond 6 weeks.
In fact, this is confirmed with your negative Combo tests.  The negative test results at 33, 39 and 51 days are all final and fully conclusive.
I can assure you that you are HIV negative.
You need to forget about HIV.  If your symptoms persist, you need to consult with a doctor and get a full blood test.

I'm so confused with what's happening around me. My palm's skin peels a bit as well. This is the 9th week now with the onset of symptoms.

I hope it's something else causing this as well.But I'm sure it all started right after the exposure . What are the chances in getting infected by the exposure of her vaginal fluids through any tiny cuts on my body as I mentioned right after she stopped playing with her secretions rubbed her fingers on my shaven body.

I forgot to mention one more thing Doctor. During the 1st week and then week 3 & 4 I consumed a herbal drink which is  a treatment for flu that has anti bacterial,antiviral, antiinflammtory herbs. I'm a bit worried if this could have reduced the accuracy of my test results.

First of all sorry for the trouble! I would like to know your opinion about the affect on test results by the consumption of herbal drink that has antiviral and bacterial elements used to treat common flu.

Like you said it's too long for these symptoms to prevail. I've been having on set of symptoms for over 8 weeks now it's the 9th week.
