help and diagnosis

Hi, I am a male who Had unprotected oral sex both given and received with a prostitute, along with protected vaginal sex, and i actually used my finger insert in her vagina, which i noticed later to have been previously scratched with skin peeled and red cut (not bleeding though but red , probably stopped bleed the day before or so). second day, i started feeling very tired &my neck felt a bit hurting &my throat felt a bit burn, the 3rd day, i was feeling extreme unwell, about to faint & loose conscious + body temperature 37.3 (im normally about 36) my throat was also a bit burning, 4th day was generally feeling better&neck hurting was not there any more neither was the throat burn, 5th day was alright except for a bit of slight burning after peeingand possibly a few drops of pee color fluid that seems a bit more viscouus . On the 6th day, the throat burning was back again +moderate/slight (but  noticeable) pain on the left side of neck, hard to say where exactly, but  below the left ear by approx 2 fingerswidth &suddenly i noticed a pinkpatch (size of a finger tip or a bit more) on t back of the hand that i inserted the finger in her vagina. i have tested std  the 2nd day resultwas  egative   to repeat the test again on the 14thday. Now on the 9th day with 37c temp, pain in left neck that is getting stronger  below the ear and abit of sore throat  and extreme tiredeness and diziness (all symtomps keep coming& going but mostly there ) & the pink spot is fading leaving 3 small dots of healed wounds.Im so worried and i want to know if these could be possible HIV symptoms? Or later onthey will bemore severe to indicate hiv? If not hiv then whatis it ?opinions were that HIV symptoms don't appear that early!, also some said this could be just bacterial infection caused by giving oral sex to a woman and getting exposed to vaginal fluids especially that last time i had sex was about one year ago.please let me know your opinion, really worried

Thank you for your answer, this is day 10 now, I am going to make the "early screening test" today, can you please tell me how accurate this test is? Some clinics say 10 days are sufficient with this test to give reliable results, others sayat least 14 days.
The last thing is , am I the first person ever to experience those sort of symptoms that I havesaid during this time frame?  Because up to this point  o doctor has told me what could be the reason causing this to me if not Hiv.
I appre iate your reply.thanks.

Hello,
First of all, I would like to say that there was no real significant risk of HIV infection.
Secondly your symptoms are not consistent with acute HIV sero-conversion.  They have started far too early and you have not had a fever at all whatsoever.  A fever would be when the temperature is above 37.5 and with HIV, this would normally be very high, at least 38.5-39.0.
Your symptoms might not be related to this encounter, and it is true that they might be consistent with a simple bacterial infection, as you say.  I would advise you to seek medical advice and be examined accordingly.
Kind regards,
Dr José
