I test negative for all STDs. I think you will be fine.Your mind can play tricks on you. Dont listen to anybody else except for these doctors. .
I just tested negative for hiv. STD test counselors and certain websites tend to hype things. Iam glad you are here to give us true information and help.
thanks again.
Thanks, Mike.
I hope everything will be fine with you. Sometimes, we are worry for nothing because we are part of human being.

like the doctor said before we probably dont have anything. HIV doesnt transmitt through saliva. I even heard that saliva inactivates HIV. I guess the only threat would be would excessive blood in the saliva. I had an anxiety attack today and I started pinch and poke my neck to check for swollen glands. And know I can feel a lump but i dont know if the result of pinching and pulling. best thing to do is to calm down. from what I understand is that the doctors have never heard of anybody getting HIV from ora sex.
Mike,
I am worry as hell like you and no joke at all. Why I have to make a joke to painful and worried people like both of us?

is this some kind of joke ?
Hello Dr. Hook,
A sexual active prostitue woman just gave me an Oral Sex without condom, and I would like to have intercourse with her without condom as well but she refused to have sex without condom because she afraid get disease from me. Will I get the HIV infected with the Oral Sex that she gave me three days ago. Thanks.
one last question. I will promise you will never hear from me again. does a lymph node specifcally under the chin become swollen or irritated when its poked, pinched or some other kind of trauma?
Iam extremely grateful for your help
I have already told you that the symptoms you describe are not suggestive of HIV. You are not at risk.
I am sorry, I will not answer further anxiety driven "could this be..." questions. EWH
can swollen lymph nodes occur 3 months after the exposure? can you experiance fatigue without fever after 3 months of the exposure?
Fatigue without fever is not suggestive of ARS.
Your doctor will have to tell you if you have a swollen lymph node or not however, in my opinion, continueing to worry that you might have ARS is a waste of your time and energy. EWH
Listen mikey no bdy any where in the world or any doctors can ever say that wether there is ZERO risk from oral sex..because it is not a PROVEN FACT THAT ORAL CANNOT TRANSMIT hiv...BT FROM THE STUDY OF spain between HIV+ and HIV- couples where observed for abt 10 long yrs.....bt not a single case ws reported tat any HIV - partnet became infected...so tis is a good assurance tat u will nt get HIV....bt as the sample is small the study cannot predict ZERO risk.....so if u r afraid ten get tested...all da bst..
can you experiance fatigue without fever? how does one know they have swollen lymph node? the right side of my neck is stiff but doesnt hurt except for the are under my ear near where te head connects to the neck.
elcome to our Forum. The quoted figure for HIV risk, if one has (giving or receiving) oral sex with an infected partner is less than 1 in 10,000 and, in my estimation that is too high. Some experts state there is no risk at all from oral sex. Neither of us on this site have ever seen or reading the medical literature of a convincing instance in which HIV was passed by oral sex. The statements on the internet (including those from the CDC) are, at best suspect. Perhaps there has been a case of two of persons who have actually have gotten HIV through oral sex but if they have, they are the "exceptions that prove the rule". People have gotten hit by meteorites falling from the sky too but it is not something that most people would worry about. I urge you not to worry about having gotten HIV from these exposures.
While it was not the question you ask, the symptoms you describe are absolutely typical of any number of viral infections of the sort we all get from time to time in the course of our normal activities. My advice would be to not worry. If you feel unsure, there is no harm in testing to prove to yourself that you did not get HIV but I would again urge you not to worry. EWH
