I don't have any additional explanation to give. If you cannot shake your apparent obsession with HIV, you might need counseling about it. I suggest it out of compassion, not criticism.

You have been asking variations on this question on the HIV community forum since August. It is ridiculous to suppose that someone else's blood got on any food you ate; and if it did, there was no significant HIV risk anyway. Oral exposure to HIV infected fluids, including blood, rarely results in HIV transmission.
Gum disease like you describe is easily treated. See your dentist about it. But don't worry about HIV.
