Congratulations on the negative result. (If it had been positive, it would not be from the non-risky events descried above.) I agree with your GP's advice both about the test and his advice to avoid future risk.

First sorry if my post irritating you due to my Anxiety.. I Decide go to professional / psychiatry (GP with advance study in mental health) than helps me a lot... Just want to tell my thanks and inform you his advice :
1. Get tested for peace of mind 8 weeks. He tells that you much more expert than him on this field and follow the instruction that justification test only peace of mind
Result (HIV AB/AG combo Abbott ) : Negative

2. AVOID any contact relate to sexual activity outside monogamous partner : I completely agree and think better avoid than worry (even only mutual masturbation)

Get this straight: HIV is transmitted by unprotected vaginal or anal sex. Any and all other kinds of exposures can be ignored and you shouldn't need to ask about them. What's so hard about understanding that?
