Hello Doctor,
Thank you very much for your prompt response. I went to PCP and got STD's checked at 12 days. HIV is Negative. As I am still having my shoulder pain (Feeling very week to lift my arms with shoulder pain), I got OraQuick rapid test on 19th day. It came Negative. May I know how accurate these tests would be (Please provide in %). I am very worried because of the strippers bite on my ear. This would be my final question.
Thanks!!
The symptoms of early HIV typically do not occur until more than two weeks following exposure and your symptoms are non-specific with many possible causes. My advice is to not worry. If the symptoms are making you feel physically ill, see your physician for evaluation and care but do not worry about HIV. This is not HIV from your no risk exposure 10 days ago. EWH

Doctor,
Thanks for the information. I am even concerned as she has bitten my ear with little abrasion. Does it cause any infection?
Welcome to the Forum. For a variety of reasons, the HIV virus is virtually never acquired through oral contact, with or without ingestion of infected material. The reasons for this include that the mucosal surfaces lining the mouth and digestive tract are resistant to infection, that saliva has chemicals and enzymes which inactivate the virus, and that in the stomach the acid and other conditions within the stomach kill the virus. Thus infections acquired through oral contact are virtually unheard of. This is the case even if persons have mouth sores, dental disease, or stomach ulcers.
In your case it also probably worthwhile to point out that most strippers do not have HIV as well.
I would not be concerned about the events you describe, I see no reason for testing, and no reason for you to abstain from sex with your wife.
I hope my comments are helpful. EWH
