HIV or Anxiety/Stress... Someone please help.

for then past couple of weeks I've been worried about having hiv or herpes. Now i must say that i have always used condoms for intercourse. I had sex with a guy (I'm also a guy) on Nov 15 and Dec 13 and 20. I topped. I had like a bad soar throat and chest congestion on Nov 30. And got tested some time in early December for herpes. I recently been having leg noticeable pain, tingling sensation and hot feeling. I have yet seen any herpes bumps. Now my left inner thigh feel like its been pulled. Mine you i havent worked out. I been going to work ever since. I have been to the doctor from Nov to Jan about 7 times checking on these symptoms. They continune to tell me i seem fine but, i dont know. Could all this just be stress and anxiety? I mean even my appetite has change, pluse i have that felling in my stomach like I am in trouble. I use protection and even when i thought there was a hole in one condom, i filled it up with water to check for holes. Please help.

You have had multiple discussions on several forums.  You appear to be having difficulty accepting reasoned reassurance and scientific evidence.  You obviously were not exposed, since the condom remained intact.  There is nothing in your story that suggests you have HIV, herpes, or any other STD, and your doctor obviously agrees.  The answer to your question is yes:  your symptoms indeed are entirely typical for anxiety and stress.  They do not suggest HIV or any STD.

If you haven't been tested for HIV, do it now.  This doesn't mean I believe you are infected; I do not.  But the negative test result may be more effective in reassuring you than anything I can say.  It will be negative.  Do not expect any further comments or advice until and unless you report the result of an HIV test; until then I will have nothing more to say.

As predicted; no more testing is needed.  I hope you'll now be able to put this behind you.  In any case, that will end this thread.

Tonsil "stones" do not suggest HIV.

I don't understand the last sentence; I think there's an English language problem.  For a definitive HIV result, testing needs to be done 6 weeks after your last sexual exposure.  You could have that test in the next few days.  If you do it, feel free to return and post the test result.  Almost certainly it will be negative.  But please do not post anything more until then.
