Welcome to the forum. Thanks for your question.
As we have said many times, the modern HIV blood tests are among the most accurate diagnostic tests ever developed, for any medical condition. As long as enough time has passed since the last possible exposure -- typically no more than 6-8 weeks -- a negative results overrules all other considerations. That is, no matter how high risk the exposure, how typical symptoms may seem for ARS, or what other blood test results may be, negative HIV testing is reliable and conclusive.
You don't say why you had an antinuclear antibody (ANA) test. I hope you didn't request it yourself; this is the sort of specialized test that should not be done except on advice of a health care provider. In any case, neither that test result, nor any illnesses associate with positive ANA tests (such as systemic lupus erythematocis) changes the reliability of your negative HIV test. For sure you don't have HIV and needn't worry about it.

I'm sure your test from China was accurate.

Well I've read that it can cause postitive ana tests, and I also found out that the rapid test I took at six weeks was not FDA approved! I ordered it online from Europe and it was made in China! So I'm all worked up again! So now I'm relying on a test at 5 weeks...
Not that I know of. But it doesn't matter anyway, since you don't have HIV.
Move on. This thread is over.
Dr hhh I just want to know the answer to my question, does hiv cause ana tests to be positive????
"Do you think I need more hiv testing bc I'm still having these symptoms at almost 9 weeks?"
Huh?? This question reveals that you didn't read, didn't understand, or maybe just didn't believe my replies so far and the information in the two other threads linked above. The answer is obvious.
"Is there any other std that could cause these symptoms that you know of?"
No. There are no STDs that would cause pain in the armpits or other lymph node areas. My best guess is that your symptoms are primarily due to anxiety, causing otherwise minor symptoms to be more noticeable, or otherwise normal body sensations to be magnified. I am confident you have no infection of any kind from the sexual exposure described above.
That will end this thread. Try to stop worrying and move on. A new year is at hand -- a good time for a new start to your life!

Your test results make it 100% certain you do not have HIV. And your symptoms don't really suggest HIV anyway. You'll need to continue to work with your doctor about other epxlanations.
Here are some other threads with more detailed discussions about HIV testing, which will further explain why you definitely do not have HIV.
