i have a problem

Hello DR.I m happy to be on this forum.On the 28 february i have a contact with condoms wit a prostitute,but for the 30-60 seconds the condom was broked.Im very scared about HIV and hepatite.2days after i have some red think on my had penis and i was in my country to dermatolg doctor wich think maybe is clamydia and tell me must to go to do some test.i tell him before make test and if he think is chlamydya to give me antibitiotics.I take 5 days Azitromicine 500mg.Before to start Azitromicine i make the blood test for chlamydia.in the day when i start with azitromicine i have problems with my stomac until today(maybe is about stress problems).After 2 weeks(13 march) i fund the woman and she make HIV test wich was negative.After 42 days from the contact i make my tests for HIV,hepatite Band C,all negative.I m very scared and i want to ask u if this tests is little bit relative?U think the stomac problems is about the stress(wich is bigggg)?Thank u for u help and u do the greats works to help us.

Welcome to our Forum.  I will try to help. I know that when a condom breaks it can cause worries.  Even though your condom broke however, your risk for infection was low.  Most commercial sex workers do not have HIV or other STIs and even if your partner was infected, less than 1/10 of 1% of unprotected exposures lead to infection.  

In your case, the fact that your partner had a negative test for HIV after the broken condom provides assurance that she does not have HIV and therefore cannot transmit it to you. Similarly, your own negative tests prove that you were not infected as well

The azithromycin you took for possible chlamydial infection can cause unset stomach and may be part of the reason your stomach is troubling you. Anxiety can also cause an upset stomach.

At this time you can be confident you were not infected withHIV or any of the other problems you tested for from this exposure.  My advice is for you to now move forward without concern.  There is no need for further testing.  EWH

Hello doctors.Can i ask one short question?Is possible to associated ly-kin planus with Hiv?I told u last time about a rash wich i have and my dermatolog think is lykin planus.Or that LP can was associated with my stress.Thank u and will be the last question.

1.  Yes, this could certainoly be anxiety.
2.  The rash you describe has occurred at the wrong time to be herpes, it does not soound like herpes and it is on a location where i have never seen or heard of herpes.  

You need to move forward.  EWH

hello Dr.Sorry for reply.I want to ask u 2 questions;
1.Ihaev some muscular pain.Do u think is the the problem on my anxiety?
I don,t make some sports or something,my job is only about 8 hours on the desk on computer.
2.I have some eruption around my elbow where also i have pseoriazis area.I was on dermatology and they tell me don,t think is pseoriazis or herpes.My question 4 u is;Can appear herpes2 around my elbow after 6 weeks after the contact?The eruption is 2-3 cm long without liquid.Thank u and sorry again for my reply but here on u answer i find my peace of mind.
