Welcome to the Forum I am not surprised that your urine tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia came back negative as the exposure you describe was no risk. Even if your rectum was penetrated, he was wearing a condom. As for the rest of your exposure, no risk from kissing, mutual masturbation or rubbing despite the fact that his genital secretions may have gotten on you in the course of your activities.
Your node and sore throat could well be due to a non-STD, community acquired virus, either from him or from someone else you came in contact with.
I see no reason for concern and no reason for further testing. Take care. EWH
This conversation has now gone on for nearly 6 weeks and your exposure occurred in November. You are now processing an re-processing what happened. This makes no sense. You can either believe my assessment and move on (it seems that this course of action is unlikely) or you can just go and get tested and resolve things once an for all. If you chose to go get tested, before you do, pledge to yourself that you will believe the test results. At this time they will be totally reliable. When the test comes back (and I am confient it will be negative) you should then move on.
I have nothing more to say. Take care. EWH
When I say he tried giving me protected anal sex I saw him put on the condom but then turned around and waited for him to insert hie penis but did not see him do this as I was turned around. He could not get it in so he stopped trying. My worry is that if he took off the condom even though he didn not fully insert what are the chances that I could have been infected? Also about last week I began getting random twitches all over my body and a coating on my toungue that is white when I wash my teeth but looks yellow when I haven't washed my teeth or after I finish eating and I read that a yellow coating on the toungue is a possible symptom of hiv

Yes it does. No risk. EWH
Sorry doctor I am a bit confused. You said "no risk or rubbing despite the fact that his genital secretions may have gotten on you in the course of your activities" does that include his pre-cum getting onto my foreskin or urethra?
Thank you Doctor, I really appreciate it!!
