I am a heterosexual monogamous 30 years old man.
I live in Slovakia (5.000.000 people) (registered HIV positive 320)
In my city Bratislava (500.000 peoople) (registered HIV positive 180)

This is my story.

Im totaly scary.....
Iam married...5 years...

In two weeks back i was totaly drunk,i am VERY VERY STUPID, a visited erotic massage saloon(not street worker).
I performed cunnilingus on female cca 30min, no blood..,no gaminess...,licking clit,licking vagina..i am absolutely accomodate vaginal fluids from vagina.
After cunnilingus i have condom protected vaginal sex cca 5 min,
and after give me oral sex, via condom.
I think so, that these prostitute use always condoms...

To next day i have sore throat.
My doctor give me penicilin...
at present i use this penicilin....

I have no other symptom, to std or ars symptom...
i dont eat, im nervous to my wife, i only  smoke....
My weight is 6kg down, from these two weeks..
My wife ask for sex...3 month to testing is to long...

i need a HIV test, or STD???
what are the risks of catching HIV???
i think you say extremly low....
what is real statistics of HIV by cuunilignus transmiton???
is only theory????
to see you or other doctors in your practice HIV pacient where
been infected HIV by this way???

with my wife we like baby, but we have problems width pregnancy...we must have regular cycle unprotective sex width ejaculation...
im so stupid, im death...
im panic...give me pls any advice...

To my knowledge, nobody has ever caught HIV by performing cunnilingus.  If it happens, it is too rare to measure.  Same for condom-protected vaginal sex.  Your sore throat had nothing to do with your sexual encounter; the symptoms started too soon.  (No STD, and not even a common cold, can have symptoms start less than 48 hours after exposure.)  Your wife is not at risk and I do not recommend testing for HIV or any other STD.

Relax.  The doctor will say that there is too low of a risk to even worry about, i.e., like ZERO.  And your sore throat the very next day has nothing to do with an std.  Make that baby!

Hi,

You were absolutely not in any danger of acquiring HIV, from performing Cunnilingus.  I was on the same boat, and the ONLY tests I took were for, Hepatitus, Syphilis, Gonarhea, and Chlamydia.  All Negative.  I never took the HIV test because, all the Dr.s said it did not warrant it.  The Dr in this forum will tell you the same thing as well.  Check out this website link, http://www.dph.sf.ca.us/sfcityclinic/stdbasics/stdchart.asp  its the STD risk chart for every performed sexual act.  Performing oral sex on a female does not list HIV as a risk. Trust me.  The other website where you can ask experts as well is www.aidsmeds.com  

Remember, I too am married, wondered one time and had protected Intercourse with a female, and I performed cunnilingus on her.  Its the guilt getting to you.  Just accept the fact you cheated on your wife, and you strayed one time, and just forgive yourself, and move on and enjoy your wife!  Good luck with trying to get your wife pregnant!  

Again, you were at not risk for HIV, and enjoy.  

If you look at the archives, I posted here 1 1/2 years ago, and the Dr told me not to worry.  It will take time to get over but you will.
