sexo oral y oro-anal sin protecion. Riesgos

Hola. Escribo desde Colombia.  Me enteré que soy sero-positivo hace 4 meses. Mi carga viral esta en 19.200 copias/ml
Tengo temores acerca del sexo oral y oro-anal sin protección (tanto hacerlo como recibirlo). Mi pareja es sero- negativo. Tengo entendido que el riesgo con sexo oral no es tan grande si no existen lesiones en la boca.  Hay alguien que me de una informacion seria y responsable al respecto?
