PCR RNA Test / Cvid (conclussion)

I am writing this as follow up to my most recent post.  Quick summary;

Raped Feb 2011(pep given)

Protected oral September 2011

Fingering with nick Feb. 2012

Because of chronic sinus issues tests are being done on immune system.

I have had an hiv antibody test every three months since i was raped.(last one 8 days ago)  Because of my questionable immune system concerning chronic sinusitis allergist is running more tests.  At your suggestion, and to eliminate stress i had a HIV PCR RNA test last week by Quest.  The results were negative / undetectable.

My questions are simple:

1.  ID Dr explained this test had nothing to do with antibody production.  She said my HIV PCR RNA test covered everything in my life INCLUDING my most recent risk 8.5- 9 weeks ago,  do you agree?

2.  Do i need any additional std tests (other then hiv) pertaining to receipt of oral sex with a condom or fingering with a nick?

3.  Am i truly negative, is it time to move on?

Hi I am worried sick about hiv, Iwas exposed in 2007 and been testing negative every since. I am losing body fat. Would some body please help?

Generally speaking when a person has a risk when are their HIV PCR RNA test results considered definitive?

I will try to answer each of your questions here below, and straight to the point so that you can forget about this and be able to move on:

YES, I TOTALLY AGREE WITH THAT.

2.  Do i need any additional std tests (other then hiv) pertaining to receipt of oral sex with a condom or fingering with a nick?
NO, NO NEED OF ANY TESTS.  ORAL SEX WITH A CONDOM IS SAFE, AND NO RISK FROM FINGERING, EVEN WITH A NICK.

3.  Am i truly negative, is it time to move on?
YES, YOU ARE HIV NEGATIVE WITHOUT ANY DOUBT.  YOU HAVE TO MOVE ON.
