Extreme Anxiety following possible hiv exposure

Dear MedHelp
I need expert advice please. I saw a sex worker in UK 5 days back and I think I might have exposed my self to HIV. She was of Hungarian origin. She couldnt speak english so could not confirm her HIV status or anything else. So this is what happened. I kissed but only superficial from outside of lips. We didnt wet our lips even from kissing. Then there was foreplay. I kissed breasts and she gave me unprotected blowjob for about 40 seconds to 1 minute which was stupid. Then I fingered her vagina with my left index finger and middle fingers. I didnt have any cuts on my fingers. Then I gave her superficial vaginal stimulation with my hands. My hands were contaminated with her vaginal fluids dont remember they were dry or wet. Then I opened the pack of condom and here is what I did something stupid. I touched the condom with my contaminated fingers while rolling it down over my penis. I inserted my penis and had vaginal penetration with the condom on for about 2 to 4 minutes but then without ejaculating I withdrew and asked her to give me a titjob. I ejaculated on her breasts. After that she again sucked me without a condom. Then she gave me a handjob. That was the end. Do you think I have exposed my self to HIV? This was my first ever encounter with any other woman in my entire life. Also she may have vagina fluid on her hand while she gave me hand job. She also spitted on her breast when giving me a titjob.
Please the anxiety is killing me. Shall I test? If yes when?

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
After reading the detailed description of your sexual encounter, I can assure you that you did not put yourself at risk of HIV infection, and therefore there is no need for you to get tested.  However you did put yourself at risk of other STDs through the unportected oral sex, including Chlamydia, Gonorrhoea, NSU, Syphilis and even Herpes.
Best wishes,
Dr José

Sir thank you so much for your reply. One thing I forgot to mention was that on the next day when i was in the toilet I felt a little burning underneath my glans. I tried to examine carefully and didnt notice anything but when I streched the skin under my glans, I noticed that there was a 1 mm punched out kind of skin cut. This would not be visible normally but only when skin was streched. I was terrified and thought if this had come in contact with her mouth. Do you still have the same answer for me or will it be different. Please help I am dying of anxiety. Please help me.
