Oral Unprotected

I had an incidence few days ago in an massage spa, it was an oral unprotected given by the lady therapist. This event didn't last for more than 2-3 minutes, till i ejaculated in her mouth. I am petrified since this event regarding catching on HIV or any STD's.

I have seen several articles regarding HIV transmission by oral sex, which is adding to my worries.

Would such event lead to HIV transmission & what is the earliest method of testing required for peace of mind?

Hello,
Thank you for your post.
I am sure that you have read some of the other threads on this website about receiving oral sex and HIV risk.  I can assure you that receiving oral sex doe not involve any risk of HIV infection in your case, even with ejaculation.  There is a very, very low risk for the person that performs the oral sex, but not for the person receiving it.  However you certianly need to be tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhoea as they are the most common ones and most likely when receiving oral sex.  If you still need peace of mind regarding HIV in spite of what I have said, you can either have a PCR RNA test after 7 days or a HIV Duo test after 4 weeks.
Best wishes,
Dr José

Thank you for your response, does that mean I need not worry about HIV, HIV testing & completely forget about HIV doubts in this incidence. However, need to test for STD's mentioned by you or wait for any symptoms.
